This beautiful small home is a 650 sqft home built by Wind River Tiny Homes based in Chattanooga, Tennessee! For those of you that are eager to downsize to a tiny home, but aren't quite ready to downsize to less than 500 square feet or have a larger family, this is a brilliant option to still live tiny! And no, we are not drawing a line at 500 sqft to say that this is not tiny living :).
This modern tiny home features a full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, a large living room with a glass garage door that opens up the home to the outside deck, a mid-sized bathroom with a shower, an office room, and a master bedroom with a master bath on the second floor! In addition, the home has a small, one-car covered parking space with a door leading to the inside for easy-access.
This home is no longer being built by Wind River Tiny Homes as they are focusing their time and efforts on tiny homes on wheels, but they are now selling complete plans for this Urban Micro Home! The plans are very detailed and allow you to DIY if you are capable, or you may take the plans to a contractor to build it for you!
