This 24’ tiny home was built over a ten-month period in 2016 and currently serves as a successful Airbnb rental in the backyard of their Tampa home. The home was designed as a vacation rental and is being sold in rental-ready condition including all linens, pillows, mattresses, furniture, accessories, cookware, etc., while still easily modifiable to be more suitable for long-term living.
I had the pleasure of staying here myself during the St. Pete’s Tiny Home Festival, and I can attest that this truly is a one of a kind tiny home build, with exquisite detail, intimate care and endless thought put into every corner of this work of art. The home was built to exude a very modern and urban feel, and it is definitely an inspiring space to spend some time in.
This 294-sqft tiny home features an open living space with tons of windows brining in natural light throughout the entire space. Upon entering the home, you’ll find a cozy living room area with a custom-built couch and a dining table for 4 people that also serves as a workspace. The kitchen is situated in the center of the home and includes beautiful IKEA cabinets and countertop, a 2-burner True Induction cooktop, stainless steel venting hood, a sink, and a small fridge.
Beyond the kitchen lies the bathroom, which includes a glass shower with a rain shower head and exposed copper piping, a sink, and a flush toilet. Above the bathroom is the guest bedroom loft that comfortably sleeps two, and a set of storage stairs leads up to the main bedroom loft that also sleeps two!
This is not your typical run of the mill builder-grade construction that you would get from production-grade firms—this is a piece of functional art! Everything has been designed and hand fabricated specifically for this build, with the exception of the IKEA kitchen cabinets & countertop, which fit perfectly with the urban vibe.

-3/4” tongue and groove yellow pine plywood flooring with clear bar top epoxy surface as finished floor
-All surfaces of wood framing, sheathing and flooring have been treated with lifetime protection from termites with Boracare
-Anchored to trailer frame with 17- 1/2” bolts at perimeter and additionally at each floor joist with 2 opposing “L” brackets
-3.5” of closed cell spray foam providing R21 insulating value on floor, walls & ceiling

The asking price for this home is $119,000 USD. The owners are also considering another mutually beneficial opportunity for this home, perhaps a lease-to-own option or if you know of/own an RV park, they would consider renting space on your property for the home. All competitive offers will be considered.
In addition, there are two things to note: (1) The home was built to 14’ tall accidentally so it will “require” a lead vehicle & permit to move; and (2) the home currently has no NOAH or similar agency approval; however, the owners have complete architectural CAD drawings and thorough high-res photos & videos from every aspect of the build.
