The "Modern" (Take 3) tiny house on wheels is a 28' x 8.5' tiny home, built by Liberation Tiny Homes based in Lancaster County, PA!
This build is a third iteration of the company's popular "Modern" model, and boasts a functional mix of rustic and modern elements, making a nice little farmhouse to enjoy!
The floor plan of this "Modern" iteration includes a large living room area on one end of the tiny home with enough space for a couch, a TV, and a small table. The bedroom loft sits above the living room and features a nice 4 feet of head clearance so you can sit up in your bed!
There is also a beautiful kitchen on the main floor with a farmhouse sink, butcher block counter tops, a 4-burner gas stove top, grey cabinets, and a large table for two that can double as a work space. Past the kitchen is a bathroom with a sliding barn door.
