This 36.5' x 10' tiny house features all of the luxuries you would expect from a traditional home (minus the extra unused space) and will leave you wanting nothing more!
The open floor plan is conducive to entertaining, while also retaining private spaces to wind down. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by the spacious living room, which features a custom entertainment center with space for a TV, as well as enough room for a 3-person couch.
In the center of the home is the beautiful kitchen, featuring large appliances such as an apartment-size fridge, a farmhouse sink, an oven, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, a range, and beautiful quartz countertops.
The bathroom sits past the kitchen, accessible via sliding french doors on opposite sides, and includes a vanity, a composting toilet, & a 32" x 42" shower! There is a small loft above the bathroom which may be used as a guest bedroom or for storage.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor after the bathroom, featuring a king-size bed with storage underneath, windows on opposite sides, & high ceilings!
The base price of the Magnolia tiny house is $129,500 CAN ($96,699 USD).
