- 272-sqft (excluding loft)
- Built on a custom triple-axle trailer
- Exterior is mostly clad in cedar siding with a blue accent wall
- Interior features pine tongue and groove walls, with engineered wood flooring throughout the tiny home, and beetle kill pine on the ceiling
- Most of the interior space serves as the commercial kitchen for the donut shop, with large appliances such as a commercial fridge/freezer, fryer, sinks, commercial faucets, and more to create tasty donuts and other treats
- The remainder of the tiny home serves as the owners living space; including a small living space with room for a couch; a small kitchenette with the bare essentials; a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet; and 2 bedroom lofts that sleep up to 4 people!
- The owners plan on operating their donut shop on the road as they travel around the world!
