The floor plan lends itself well to entertaining guests, even in such a small space, with a living room area upon entering the home, the mid-size kitchen to the right with its own dedicated space (and thankfully not connected to the bathroom!), a bathroom, a private bedroom with a murphy bed that doubles as a workspace, and a private loft bedroom upstairs! With enough private space throughout this tiny, you could comfortably sleep 4 adults, or could even stretch it to 6 if the living room couch was a sofabed!
In addition to providing comfortable living spaces, Mustard Seed Tiny Homes also donates proceeds from each of their homes sold to provide homes for families in need in their hometown, Atlanta, Georgia—it is part of their company's initiative to "plant seeds of hope" and create a positive change!
