This modern tiny home, the "Empty Nest" is an 18' tiny house on wheels, built by its owner, Michelle, based in Sherwood, Oregon!
This 144-sqft packs in everything you would need for full-time living, featuring a small living room space with room for 2 chairs, a full-size U-shaped kitchen with apartment-size appliances, a cozy bedroom loft, a storage loft, and a bathroom!
With the purchase of her trailer for just $600, Michelle got to work and self-built this home in 15 months in her free time—for all under $20,000!
You may follow along on Michelle's tiny journey and read more about here here!

I loved the Empty Nest! Like to know what the appliances cost and where she found them?
