The "Denali XL" tiny house on wheels is an enormous, 41' x 8.5' tiny home, built on a gooseneck trailer by Timbercraft Tiny Homes based in Guntersville, Alabama!
This rustic, beautifully crafted 350-sqft tiny house features an incredible living space inside that leaves little to be desired. The finishes, appliances, and materials used are very high quality and bring in many luxuries that you would expect in a traditional home in this tiny space.
Inside, there is a large living room space upon entering the home that fits a larger, 3-person couch and 16 windows in the living room alone, so you can imagine the amount of natural light pouring in during the day.
Beyond the living room is the beautiful L-shaped kitchen with quartz counter tops, a 4-burner gas range, an undercounter trash compactor, a 30" farmhouse sink with a pull-down kitchen faucet, a 24" stainless steel dishwasher, and a large, apartment-size fridge!
On the opposite end of the home, you'll find the full bathroom, which features a large tile shower and an Incinolet toilet. At the top of the gooseneck trailer, is the private bedroom with plenty of headroom to walk around and enjoy the luxury of a seemingly "ground-floor room" lifestyle.

Timbercraft Tiny Homes makes it and you have to contact the company to price it out. Their homes run between $50,000 – $150,000 depending on how you outfit the home. They can do everything from shells to high end luxury finishes.

I saw the youtube video and they had mentioned that some of the things within this video the client she upgraded. So my is this one the base model or a custom build because from what i saw and heard the client asked for the steam shower to be implemented. Otherwise what doe the base 125k model look like exactly without the upgrades?
