The "Seagrass Cottage" is a 350-sqft tiny house on wheels built by a private builder in Webster, Massachusetts!
This tiny home features a bright interior thanks to its white walls and many windows, bringing in tons of natural light during the day! The tiny house features a coastal vibe throughout, and has a simple design that is meant to appeal to the minimalist.
The layout includes a linear kitchen with apartment-size appliances, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a private bedroom with a door, all on the first floor! The kitchen includes a white farmhouse apron sink with a stainless steel faucet, a washer/dryer combo unit, a small convection oven, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and an apartment-size fridge!
A set of storage stairs leads you to the main bedroom loft that features carpet to keep you warm (personally, we are not fans of carpet in tiny homes for its added maintenance, but some people will love!), and there is even an additional loft above the bathroom that sleeps an additional two people!
All in all, this is a cleverly designed home, and packs a big punch with its ability to sleep 6 guests in such a small space!
This house was listed several times on the market for $79,000 USD, but we are unsure if it is still for sale. Would be worth calling the owners to ask!

Is it possible to get the name of the person who built this home. You mentioned he is from Webster Mass. I live only 30 min from there. Would love to reach out to him as a potential builder for my tiny home. Thank you
